Resource consumption is constantly increasing worldwide. In addition to a shortage of raw materials, this also leads to higher costs. We therefore see enormous economic potential for reducing our costs by increasing resource and material efficiency. At the same time, leaner components and unnecessary materials make a positive contribution to the climate and the environment. We call this principle "economic ecology".

We see a great deal of leverage in optimal component design within the Standards or even beyond with the help of product and project-specific considerations. In addition, the substitution of raw and construction materials in favor of more sustainable variants plays a major role, such as reducing the cement content of our concretes by using other reactive concrete additives

Through consistent product optimization coupled with process improvements using lean principles, we are able to align our products and processes with resource-saving and optimized industrial-style construction. In this way, we are constantly reducing the consumption of valuable materials such as concrete and steel and setting new standards for the future.
