Our strategy

In response to social changes and realignments resulting from the megatrends of digitalization, urbanization, Mobility and renewable energies, we aligned ourselves with the needs and requirements of our customers and the market some time ago with the Bau+X corporate strategy. Sustainability has also become more and more of a social focus in recent years and has been incorporated into our existing corporate strategy as a further megatrend and integral component.

Accordingly, our corporate strategy with its three strategic directions of Product Strategy, Industrialization and T-echnology and Innovation Leader has been further sharpened and a clear and memorable vision has been proclaimed:
