Max Bögl Group constructs a new building complex and a parking garage for Diehl Defence as part of a comprehensive site development.

The foundation stone was laid yesterday at Diehl Defence's Röthenbach site for a further building complex and a Car Parks as part of a comprehensive site development. Diehl Defence CEO Helmut Rauch, together with the CEO of Diehl Energy Products (DEP), Dr. Dominik Clément, District Administrator Armin Kroder, First Mayor Klaus Hacker and the shareholder of the Max Bögl Group, Johann Bögl and CEO Stefan Bögl, led through the event, which honored this important milestone in the company's development.
The Max Bögl Group is building new premises and a parking garage for its subsidiary DEP at the Röthenbach site for its customer Diehl Defence. The building for DEP will be put into operation after the turn of the year and will comprise over 7,000 square meters of space on the first floor for development, production and logistics as well as over 3,700 square meters of space on the upper floor for offices and a roof terrace. The new building thus offers space for 120 DEP employees. The System Bögl parking garage will serve the entire site with over 600 parking spaces and will be completed by mid-2024.
Diehl Defence has been going through a phase of strong growth for several years, which has been intensified by the turnaround since 2022. The company has therefore begun to massively expand its Infrastructure at all locations in order to be able to meet the growing needs of its customers with the necessary capacity.
