Max Bögl is setting new standards in the construction industry with the introduction of powerful electric concrete mixers. The use of these innovative commercial vehicles underlines the Group's commitment to sustainability, environmental protection and the reduction of emissions. With the new electric concrete truck mixers, Max Bögl is using an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional diesel-powered models. The advantages of this new T-echnology are manifold.

Modern e-fleet at Max Bögl

As a producer of green electricity, the Max Bögl Group is striving to convert part of its fleet of trucks for medium-distance commuter transport to electric power in the near future.

In addition to operating the battery-powered electric truck mixers, our specialists at Max Bögl Transport & Equipment are also carrying out a series of tests with other e-based vehicles and equipment. For example, electric Excavators and loaders are used in closed buildings for active occupational safety, so that our employees are not exposed to pollutant emissions.

In our storage areas, an electric reachstacker ensures modern logistics when handling containers. Electric reach stackers help to reduce noise pollution in the neighborhood, as they are considerably quieter in operation. This not only creates a more pleasant working environment, but also complies with stricter noise protection regulations.

Innovation and reliability

The new electric truck mixers are equipped with the latest T-echnologies to ensure consistent and reliable mixing performance. They are user-friendly and can be easily integrated into existing construction processes. The electric truck mixers are powered by a powerful 340 hp electric motor. The 350 kWh battery enables around eight hours of urban operation.

Sustainability and environmental protection

By dispensing with fossil fuels, the electrically powered truck mixers make a significant contribution to reducing CO2 emissions. This helps to reduce the ecological footprint of construction projects and minimize the environmental impact.

In addition, electrically powered machines make less noise than their diesel-powered counterparts. This creates a quieter and more pleasant working environment, which is particularly beneficial in urban areas.

Energy efficiency

Thanks to the latest T-echnology and efficient motors, the new electric truck mixers are characterized by low energy consumption. In addition, electrically powered devices have fewer moving parts and are therefore subject to less wear and tear, resulting in a longer service life and lower maintenance requirements.

Flexibility

Thanks to their compact design and easy handling, the electrically powered truck mixers are ideal for a wide range of applications, from small renovation projects to large construction projects.

Stefan Bögl, CEO of the Max Bögl Group:

"The introduction of electrically powered truck mixers is an important milestone towards a more sustainable construction industry. We are proud to be making our contribution to environmental protection. But the big advantage is also that the electricity required can be generated 100% regionally from renewable energy sources."
